Ulysses is not a typical lawyer or management consultant. He has twenty years commercial experience in senior management and consulting roles in Australia and internationally. Before SSAMM Ulysses was a Director at Deloitte with their Enterprise Risk Services Division as Asia Pacific Director Client Services & National Director Intellectual Property & Privacy.
He provides advice and implements solutions at board, management and operational levels. Clients include Microsoft, Macquarie Bank, National Australia Bank, Centrelink, and large state and federal government departments. His clients are global, and local.
Ulysses takes a strong commercial view on issues impacting organisations today. In particular, he has led major engagements for large and complex clients in the following areas:
- Corporate compliance reviews for Privacy; Trade Practices; Credit and Financial Services Laws;
- Pre and Post Due diligence reviews for litigation support and responding to court and enforceable undertakings;
- Business processes design, change management and implementations; and
- Outsourcer; pre and post appointment reviews; (including software licensing issues).
