Our mission is to drive positive adviser advice conduct to meet regulatory standards and legal requirements for the best interests of clients; and or responding to ASIC concerns, all while upholding regulatory standards, industry better practice, and promoting productive adviser/client relationships.
Our workplace employee investigations mission is to provide expert (trauma – informed) investigations based on solid legal and regulatory standards, fostering a balanced approach that benefits all stakeholders. We aim to facilitate fair negotiations, provide effective action-based recommendations, for better workplace environments for employees and employers.

Dr. Ulysses Chioatto founded SSAMM in 2002 with former Deloitte colleagues, bringing together decades of expertise in complex investigations, organisational behaviour, financial services regulatory compliance, and employment law.
